Columbia Senior Residences at MLK Village

Built in 2007, the property currently consists of 121 units located in one 4-story residential building located on approximately 3 acres of land, the heart of downtown Atlanta. Columbia MLK Villages houses seniors, 62 years of age or older. The property is an existing tax credit property that was placed in service in 2007. The property has 121 units which currently operate under a Homeflex Assistance Agreement from Atlanta Housing. The 121 units are 1BR/1BA. Residents are being relocated temporarily to onsite vacant units for approximately 45 days while apartments are under renovation. Completion of this project is slated December 2026.
