Columbia MLK Senior Tower
Preservation and Renovation
Atlanta GA
Columbia MLK Tower is a downtown Atlanta preservation project for a 10-story, 95-unit community built in 2007, including 39 supportive housing units funded through the Homeless Opportunity Fund Program (HOFP). In partnership with Ebenezer Baptist Church and Columbia Residential, American Rescue Plan resources are financing in-place renovations to modernize systems and homes while keeping rents affordable. Dash & Dwell is managing floor-by-floor, on-site temporary relocations—moving residents into vacant units for approximately 21 days per floor over a 14-month schedule—so construction can proceed safely and efficiently while preserving high-quality, supportive, and affordable housing in the heart of Atlanta.
