Mercury Court

Dash and Dwell, LLC (D&D) was contracted by Urban Housing Solutions (UHS) to provide relocation consulting services for Mercury Court, a supportive housing community constructed in 1980. Comprising 100 Single Occupancy units and 55 studio efficiency units, it's currently undergoing a multiphase Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversion and redevelopment. Phase 1 entailed relocating 71 units from the property's entire front half to facilitate demolition. These households were resettled in Rex 2, another property owned by Urban Housing Solutions. Phase 1 relocation was successfully completed in February 2024.
